Zesty Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. butter
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 large can Pet milk
    3 Tbsp. pimentos, chopped
    2 c. chopped chicken
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Drain mushrooms and save liquid. Saute onion in butter; add salt, pepper and mushroom liquid. Blend in soup. Add milk slowly until mixture thickens. In a large bowl, combine rice, mushrooms and chicken. Add soup mixture and stir gently. Spread in casserole dish and top with cheeses and pimentos. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
