Easy Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 carrots
    4 short ribs, lean and bone-in
    3 onions
    1 (1.5 oz.) pkg. dehydrated onion soup mix
Preparation
    Turn oven to 250\u00b0.
    Peel carrots and cut in half, lengthwise. Peel onions and cut in thick slices.
    On about 3 thicknesses of heavy-duty foil, layer short ribs between vegetables and sprinkle onion soup mix over all. Seal tightly.
    Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 3 to 4 hours. Turn oven off until ready to eat after 4 hours and never open the oven until done.
