Lemon Garlic Broiled Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
3 drops hot sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Place shrimp in a single layer in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Saute garlic in butter until brown.
Add next 5 ingredients; mix well. Pour mixture over shrimp.
Broil shrimp 4 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes, basting once.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Serves 8 to 10.
