Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 heaping c. shredded carrots
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cream together sugar and oil.
Beat in eggs until thoroughly incorporated.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add dry ingredients into sugar, oil and egg mixture, blending well.
Stir in carrots and walnuts.
Bake in a 15 x 10 x 2-inch greased pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Ice when cake has cooled.
