Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. carrots
    1 medium purple onion
    1 red bell pepper
    1 small bottle Kraft Catalina French dressing
Preparation
    Cut carrots into 1 1/2-inch slices and cook until tender. Chop
    onion fine.
    Chop bell pepper into small pieces.
    Mix and salt to taste.
    Marinate in Kraft dressing in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
