Salmon Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. rice vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sesame or vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. Lawry's garlic powder with parsley
    3/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1 1/2 lb. salmon filets (I sometimes use chicken breasts instead)
    8 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 bunch broccoli, cut in florets
    1 c. basil, chopped
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. rigatoni, cooked al dente
    lots of fresh parsley
    pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a big skillet, heat oil and butter and quickly stir garlic in; do not brown.
    Add the chicken broth and simmer the broccoli just until the broccoli is crisp-tender.
