Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/3 c. lemon juice (2 lemons)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together with blender on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into uncooked pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until top turns golden brown and pie \"sets.\"
