Damn Good Chili* - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. coarse ground round
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can water
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Preparation
    Heat cooker and brown meat, onion and green pepper.
    Add remaining ingredients except kidney beans.
    Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Let pressure drop of its own accord.
    Add kidney beans and heat through.
    Up to 2 cans of beans may be added.
    Increase cayenne or chili powder for hotter chili.
