White Clam Sauce And Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chopped clams (amount desired, reserving liquid)
    1 lb. pasta
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. butter
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    3/4 c. white wine
    pinch of flour
    fresh ground pepper to taste
    1/4 c. fresh parsley
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Saute olive oil, butter and garlic for two minutes. Add drained clams, flour, black pepper and wine.
    Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Add reserved clam juice for desired consistency.
    Cook pasta to taste.
    Toss with clam sauce and parsley and serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
