Peaches And Cream Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. crisped rice cereal
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 can peach or apple pie filling
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add brown sugar and cinnamon.
Heat while stirring to dissolve sugar.
Remove from heat; stir in cereal and nuts.
Press into bottom of ungreased large pie tin or square pan.
Spread softened ice cream on crust.
Freeze until firm.
An hour before serving, top with peach pie filling.
Return to freezer for 1/2 hour or until ready to serve.
