Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    pepper and salt to taste
    2 c. grated cheese (more or less)
    enough bread slices to cover bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch casserole
    1 tsp. dry or prepared mustard
Preparation
    Grease casserole dish; cover with bread.
    Brown meat, then drain.
    Add over top of bread.
    Put on cheese.
    Add beaten eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Pour over top of cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
