Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) elbow macaroni (2 c. uncooked)
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. prepared spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (8 to 10 oz.) smoked sausage, sliced
1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (2 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained (if desired)
1 small green pepper, diced
1 small tomato, diced
1 small onion, sliced
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Prepare macaroni according to directions; drain.
In medium bowl, beat milk, egg and salt.
Add to macaroni and mix well. Spread evenly in greased 10 x 15-inch cookie sheet.
Spoon spaghetti sauce over macaroni.
Top with beans, sausage, mushrooms, chilies, green pepper, tomato, onion, seasoning and cheese.
Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
