Blackberry Cobbler(Microwave Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 qt. blackberries, drained
    1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter; put blackberries in bowl and pour melted butter over.
    Add sugar.
    Stir and mash a few berries.
    To make pie crust, stir 2/3 cup milk, 1 1/4 cups flour and juice from berries.
    Pour dough into glass square baking dish, spreading out corner to corner.
    Pour in blackberry mixture plus 1/2 cup leftover flour. Spread evenly and bake 15 to 18 or 20 minutes in microwave on High. Cool.
