Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 to 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, cut into wedges with skins on
Preparation
    Add (according to taste) basil, oregano, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
    Wash potato.
    Cut into wedges.
    Dip thoroughly in oil and spices.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
