Chicken Or Steak With Teriyaki Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sirloin (1/4-inch thick) or 3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken
1 Tbsp. powdered ginger
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. honey or sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 to 1/2 c. water (depending on how long you will be marinating the meat)
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Marinating 1 to 2 hours (if longer, use the larger amount of water) after pouring over the meat, remove and cook on grill (white coals).
Steak cut in strips will cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Chicken quarters about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
