Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm milk
1/3 c. sugar
3 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
-
Combine water and yeast.
Add rest of ingredients.
Rise 1 hour.
Form buns, rise 20 to 30 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
