Vegetarian Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    8 cloves garlic, minced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Mexican style tomatoes
    2 cans kidney beans, drained
    1 can cannellini beans, drained
    1 can black beans, drained
    1 can navy or Great Northern beans, drained
    1 can pinto beans, drained
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can salsa with chipotle peppers
    1/4 c. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in heavy saucepan over medium heat.
    Add garlic, onion, pepper and celery and saute until vegetables begin to soften.
    Stir in chili powder and cumin.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Turn heat down and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes.
    Thin with water if necessary.
