Creamy Pineapple Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in juice, undrained)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    In microwavable bowl, combine the pineapple and cornstarch. Microwave on High (100%), stirring once, 1 minute or until boiling; boil 1 minute. Cool, then top the cheese cake with this. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
