Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bell peppers
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
1 can tomatoes
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 can tomato soup
Preparation

Remove tops from peppers.
Boil in salted water 5 minutes. Brown meat and onion; drain off grease.
Add all other ingredients using 1/2 can soup.
Let simmer.
Stuff peppers.
Dilute remaining soup with 1/4 can water.
Place peppers in baking dish.
Pour soup over and around peppers in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
