Hot Spiced Cider - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. apple cider
    2/3 c. corn syrup (light or dark)
    3 cinnamon sticks (optional)
    1/2 tsp. whole cloves
    1 lemon, sliced (optional)
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, stir cider, corn syrup, cinnamon sticks, cloves and lemon slices.
    Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes.
    Remove spices.
    If desired, garnish each serving with a cinnamon sticks and lemon slice. Makes 10 servings.
