Mandarin Orange Slush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, softened
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1 c. milk
1 small carton heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Dissolve orange gelatin in 2 1/2 cups boiling water.
Add undrained pineapple and orange juice.
Set the bowl in cool water to cool.
Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch dish.
Chill in refrigerator until partially set.
Place in oranges throughout gelatin.
Chill until firm.
Beat pudding mix with milk until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream.
Spread over gelatin and chill.
