Cheesy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. ground sausage
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/4 c. finely ground Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 finely chopped bell pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    10 (2-inch) cubes Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients, except the cheese, in a glass baking dish.
    Shape into a firm loaf.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Spike the meat loaf with the cheese cubes.
    Continue to bake for 1/2 hour or until center is completely done.
    While the meat loaf is still hot, cover with shredded cheese.
