Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 c. milk
1/2 stick oleo
1/4 tsp. salt
4 egg yolks
1/3 c. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix egg yolks, oleo, milk and salt together.
Mix cornstarch and sugar; add to milk mixture.
Stir until desired thickness, add coconut.
Makes 2 pies.
Pour into 2 baked shells.
Top with following meringue.
