Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. cranberries
    7 1/2 c. water
    10 1/2 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
    3 c. chopped celery
    6 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. nuts
    3 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Cook cranberries with water and boil until cranberries pop. Add sugar and gelatine (soften in a little cold water).
    Mix well. Heat again until sugar dissolves.
    After cools, add celery, nuts and apples.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate.
    Needs time to gel.
