Ingredients

1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sweet mixed pickles (or use pineapple chunks for half of mixed pickles)
1/3 c. cornstarch
1/3 c. cold water
2 drops egg yellow coloring, if desired

Preparation

Mix vinegar, 1 c. water and sugar and bring to a boil in saucepan.
