Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. olive oil or butter
    2 large eggs
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. spaghetti sauce (with or without meat)
    3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 lb. sausage
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease two 10-inch pie plates. Toss hot spaghetti with olive oil or butter.
    Combine eggs and 1/2 cup Parmesan; stir into spaghetti.
    Divide spaghetti mixture and place equal portions into pie plate.
    Form into a crust.
    Spread 1/2 cup Ricotta over bottom of each crust.
    Top with spaghetti sauce.
    Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
    Top with Mozzarella. Bake 5 minutes more, until cheese melts.
    Remove from oven. Sprinkle each with remainder of Parmesan.
    Cool 10 minutes before cutting into wedges.
