Untossed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lettuce
    celery
    onion (Spanish onion preferred)
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar (white)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 lb. cooked bacon
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Break up lettuce.
    Put sliced celery and sliced onion rings on top.
    Mix sour cream and sugar; drizzle over top.
    Mix mayonnaise and wine vinegar; drizzle over top.
    Crumble cooked bacon on top. Cover with cheese.
    Chill, uncovered, for 3 hours.
    Do not toss.
