Egg Salad Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 eggs, cooked, boiled in hot boiling water 5 minutes
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Stand in hot water 5 minutes more.
    Peel and chop.
    Add mayonnaise,
    sweet pickle relish, mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix together.
    Yields about 3 cups.
    May add cheese.
