Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    5 pieces boneless chicken breasts, browned in oil
    1 c. cashews
    1 large Mexican onion (not strong)
    soy sauce and Mazola corn oil
Preparation
    Cut chicken to bite size.
    Brown lightly.
    Slice onions.
    Put in with chicken.
    Toss lightly.
    Add 1 cup cashews, soy sauce to taste.
    Cook until onions are done.
    Cashews are better without oil or salt.
