Nanny'S Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

rind and juice of 1 lemon
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
butter (size of walnut)
2 egg yolks
Preparation

Mix well together.
Beat 2 egg whites until stiff; fold in. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0; then bake at 350\u00b0 about 35 minutes.
