Microwave Crustless Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. green onion, sliced thinly
4 eggs, beaten
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
-
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in bottom of 9-inch glass pie plate or quiche dish.
Beat together remaining ingredients and pour over bacon mixture.
Microwave at 50% power (Medium) for 20 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
