Frankfurter Kabob - cooking recipe
Ingredients

frankfurters, sliced in thirds
dill pickles, cut in large slices
prepared mustard
frankfurter rolls
onions, sliced (small ones)
barbecue sauce (optional)
Preparation
-
Alternate sliced frankfurter, pickle slices and onion slices on skewers.
Brush with desired amount of mustard.
Grill until frankfurters are well browned.
Push from skewer onto an open roll.
Baste with barbecue sauce while cooking, if desired.
