Pineapple Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
4 eggs
1 (30 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice (drain off some)
5 slices bread, cubed
nutmeg to taste
2 Tbsp. lemon concentrate
Preparation

Warm butter and blend with sugar.
Whisk in eggs.
Whisk in nutmeg, lemon, pineapple and bread.
Bake in muffin tins at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Garnish with maraschino cherry.
Serves 12.
