Harvest Apple Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 apple, peeled and cored
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. apple butter
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1 c. apple cider
apple slivers for garnish
Preparation

Cut apple into quarters.
Place in blender with milk and cinnamon.
Blend at medium-high speed until smooth.
Add apple butter and sour cream.
Blend well.
Add apple cider and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into bowl and cover.
Chill thoroughly before serving.
Garnish with apples when served. Serves 4.
