Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground pork
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium white onion
    4 medium boiled white potatoes (cold)
    4 zwieback toasts
    1/3 c. whipping cream
    1 egg
    salt and pepper (black and white) to taste
Preparation
    Mix pork, beef, onion, potatoes and zwieback.
    Mix all the ingredients well and refrigerate until ready to cook.
    Shape into small balls and brown in hot fat.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    May be refrigerated and reheated in the oven the next day.
