Impossible Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    meat or vegetable, cooked (may add)
Preparation
    Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate.
    Sprinkle cheese and onion in pie plate.
    Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper in a medium bowl with electric mixer until smooth.
    Stir in any meat. Pour into pie plate.
    Bake until brown and knife inserted comes out clean.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
