Fried Rice From Mindanao - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rice, cooked
    1/2 c. sweet peas
    1/2 c. sweet corn
    1 bulb onion
    3 cloves garlic
    cooking oil
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    3 eggs
    salt
Preparation
    Cook sweet peas and corn together.
    Scramble eggs. Place skillet on medium heat.
    Coat with cooking oil.
    After oil is hot, add garlic, onions and rice and mix.
    After mixture is fried blend in soy sauce.
    Add salt.
    Cook for 30 minutes.
    Add drained peas and corn, mixing thoroughly and let cook for a few minutes.
    Place on serving dish and sprinkle with scrambled eggs on top and serve.
