Quick Chick! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken
    1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet or other browning sauce
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry. Remove wing tips, if desired.
    Do not stuff chicken. Put on microwave-safe plastic or glass pan.
    A bacon pan with ridges drains the fat.
    Microwave on High for about 7 to 8 minutes per pound depending on oven strength.
