Pork Chili Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean cubed pork
    2 cloves garlic
    salt and pepper
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 large onion
    1 c. canned tomatoes, drained
    1 tsp. coriander, soaked in 1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cook pork in 1/2 cup water until dry.
    Discard garlic.
    Brown meat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook, covered, 30 minutes.
