Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef roast
    1/2 c. red cooking wine
    1 c. catsup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Cook beef in oven until done.
    Let get cold; slice thin.
    Mix wine, catsup and soup mix together.
    Pour over beef; cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serve on buns or plain.
