Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    2 cloves garlic
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained thoroughly
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; drain.
    Place in well-greased crock-pot. Stir in remaining ingredients except eggs, milk and cheese.
    Beat eggs and cheese together.
    Pour over other ingredients; stir well. Dust with additional nutmeg.
    Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
