Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. white sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt the 3 tablespoons butter or margarine.
    Add the sugar and rhubarb. Spread in an 8 x 10-inch pan. Combine the remaining ingredients.
    Dot rhubarb with teaspoons of topping. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
