Orange Glazed Yamsspringfield, Missouri - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 Tbsp. oleo

Preparation

Boil peeled sweet potatoes until nearly done.
Arrange in baking dish.
Cook the sugar, orange juice and cornstarch for 5 minutes.
Add the butter and pour over the potatoes.
Cover and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
