Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. finely crushed Ritz crackers
2 Tbsp. butter, at room temperature
2 c. thinly sliced Vidalia onions
3/4 c. milk (do not use low-fat)
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. packed grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix crackers and 4 tablespoons butter in bowl until well blended.
Press mixture on bottom and 1 inch up side of 8-inch pie plate.
