Barbecue Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 stalk celery, diced
    5 slices bread, soaked in evaporated milk (5 oz. can) and torn apart
    1/2 c. Open Pit original barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. ketchup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and put in loaf pan.
    Drizzle ketchup on top of meat loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
