Strawberry Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberry halves, thawed
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.
    Add 3/4 cup syrup drained from strawberries.
    Gradually blend the mayonnaise and orange juice with cream cheese (I use electric beater).
    Stir into gelatin.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Beat 2 egg whites, gradually adding 1/4 cup sugar, until stiff peaks form.
    Fold into gelatin.
    Add strawberries.
    Pour into 1-quart souffle dish. Chill.
