Butter Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped sweet pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. lima beans
    1 pt. tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put beef and water in frying pan.
    Cover and cook slowly for 2 minutes.
    Add onion and pepper and cook 3 minutes more.
    Pour off drippings.
    Blend in flour, beans, tomatoes and salt.
    Put in 2-quart baking dish.
    Cover and bake for 20 minutes, then remove cover and bake 20 minutes more at 350\u00b0.
