Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

green tomatoes
honey
flour
cooking oil
Preparation

Slice green tomatoes and lay on a plate; smear each slice with a layer of honey, then cover each slice well with flour.
Lay these slices with covered side down in a well oiled pan.
Treat other side same as first.
Fry slowly until well browned, then turn over and brown other side.
May require a bit of oil on top before turning.
