Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. corn syrup
6 qt. popped corn (3 micro bags)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
nutmeat as desired
Preparation

Mix sugar, margarine, syrup and salt.
Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda; stir.
Pour caramel over popped corn.
Spread on baking sheet.
Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Cool and store.
