Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. liquid shortening
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. nutmeats
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put into 2 greased bread pans and top with mixture of 1 tablespoon soft oleo and 1/2 cup white sugar. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
